How do I move paid app to Virtuous?

I have 1 paid app (AT Bat 11) and would like to move it to Virtuous, how is this done? I have a rooted HTC Incredible and have the back up made in Clockworkmod.

If you use the same Google account it will be moved "automatically". The apps are based on the Google account, not the phone or ROM...
