There are three ways to go about doing that. First, you can just take out the MicroSD card and connect to your computer using an adaptor. Or you can install Samsung Kies on your computer and you can transfer files wirelessly, you can install Kies Here. Or you can install the driver for your Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 on your computer Here.
