Help how do i recover screenshots from a broken galaxy s4

The depends on in what way it is broken, where the screenshots are stored, and possibly (depending on how it is broken) on whether USB debugging is enabled or certain apps are already installed.

Without knowing the state of the phone we can't answer the question I'm afraid.
