wow, someones a Facebook addict. Maybe change your theme to something a little less colorful, Maybe change the wallpaper as well? I'm new to androids also but Just making an assumption the the bright vivid colors or animations would be likely to cause a nice rapid drain.

Depends on your device. If you have an AMOLED type screen, more colors = more drain. Also decrease brightness.

EDIT: You apparently have a Sony with Bravia screen, so its LCD, not AMOLED

Furthermore, if you are thinking of reducing screen usage to below 70%, means saving more battery, then you are reading the chart wrong. That chart means that over the past 35min of your phone off the charger, the screen used about 72% of all used up power, which is pretty normal.

For example, over 35min, you used up 4% of your battery. That means in that 35min, 3% was used up by the screen, and the other 1% was used by other apps. The screen will almost always be your biggest battery consuming item.

Also, that will change depending on usage.

EDIT 2: If you were coming from a feature phone and this is your first smartphone, you should get used to charging everyday, or even 2x per day, depending on what you do with your phone. That's kind of normal for ANY smartphone.

Your display will usually be the top item on your battery report. It's a way of life if your screen is 4" or larger, and if you like to post on Facebook, then especially so because your screen is nearly always on for that.

This is normal. If you want to reduce it more, the best thing is to turn the brightness all the way down. I have mine all the way down and I'm sitting at 57%. I think I have an AMOLED screen or Super AMOLED

Edit: I have super AMOLED.

Now i already disable black light LED, lets see what happen.
