Help How do I remove the original Google account?

Niki locz

Hi. I recently received a ZTE blade spark from a friend of mine, it's from at&t. Anyways, it was factory reset, and I don't know the gmaGm account used previous to the reset.

I have already gone online and downloaded the quick shortcut maker and the sidebar. I have successfully launched the home screen as well. But when i go to enter my Gmail it is still along for the previous owners account.

Hope can I erase the original account or how can i add mine to the phone?

ask your friend for the info. you need to sign in to remove it.

I think you've hit FRP(Factory Reset Protection). The Google account should really have been removed before the phone was factory reset. Does your friend know the details of the original Google account? Because AFAIK there is no bypass, as FRP is a security feature to try and deter the theft and fencing of phones
