Help How do I remove the weather on the lockscreen

I'm trying to figure out how to remove the weather from the stock lockscreen. I've searched and searched the phone and can't find the setting

Go to lockscreen settings > Show additional Info > Uncheck weather.

That didn't work for me. What worked was to hold down the weather window for a couple of seconds until it shrinks, then drag it into the delete bin. The same with that S Health widget and anything else that gets in the way. They're still in the Apps page so they're not lost forever. Cheers.
