Hi I'm new to this.
I'm trying to find out what is wrong with my phone?
I've brought the zte avid on feb. and it was amazing until one month ago. my phone signal changes to ''EV'' and no more''4G'' liked they said. I call metro and they said ''i have to pay $5 fee adding to my bill or put another plan''. seriously I don't need that why? because when I went to the store they reprogrammed it and it. it did work.
so now I'm asking how do I reprogrammed the zte avid?
