Root How do I return completely to stock LG ICS rom without my nandroid?

I did't have enough space on my sd card when making my first ever nandroid and it got corrupted or whatever(it didnt complete). But instead of just deleting stuff off of the sd card first, I just went ahead and flashed CM 10.1 anyways. So I am stranded on custom roms with no way to get back to stock. Also I am running a custom kernel from here but I forgot which. How do I return to stock ICS and stock kernel and all that? Thanks for the help.

Find the sotard zip on this forum and flash it.

Not sure about the recovery and boot loader

admn81 and cubscout are correct. You can not go back to pure stock ICS once you've unlocked you're bootloader by just flashing a ROM or a nandroid image. You'll either need to use the .cab method or if the software is willing (it's tempermental at time) use the recover feature in the LG update tool to return to stock. It's the only way to relock the boot loaders.

I'm trying to flash the cab. When I run the KP500 file and choose "flash with assistance", I get "error loading the DLL"

What now?

Nevermind, I figured it out. I extracted the KP500 straight to C:
I had to put it in a folder

Ok, so the process finished (flashing cab) and the phone rebooted. I'm now stuck on the 4G LTE image.

Should I pull battery or what?
