It looks like they want you to buy something to do it, though.
If I were in your shoes, I'd try to find some like-minded folks to get together and figure it out. You might have success contacting a developer who has created an easy root utility for a similar Huawei model who is willing to assist. It may be worth signing up to join AndroidForums and posting in the forum for a model that you think is similar.
