Help How do I scroll to another active app (task bar)?

In my old phone, I would have a "task bar" where I could switch between running apps. However, on the new LG G2 KitKat, I see no way to do this.

eg: I am running Youtube. I then check something in Chrome. How do I go back to Youtube without going to Apps->YouTube ??

Never mind, I found it. Press and hold "Home"
