How do I see my apps?? + Update problems

Before the latest market update, you could see 'my apps'

Where is this now??
I can't see it anywhere

I've bought a few apps that I don't want to have permanently installed
BUT: I'd still like to know that they are available if I want to download
I'm forgetful and won't be able to remember all of the apps I have purchased!

ALSO: I'll get a notification that 3 apps have updates
I'll update one - and now the list has disappeared
How do I get back to the screen that shows apps that have an update?
Otherwise I have to look up ALL my apps and then look out for which ones have an update symbol next to them

I'm sure I must be missing something!
