How Do I Stop Auto Play?

Anytime I get in my car, whatever music app I have on my phone starts playing as soon as the Bluetooth connection is made with the car.

Turn off the music. Answer a text message? Music starts automatically playing.

Turn off the music. Answer a phone call? Music starts automatically playing when the call is over.

I do sales, so I am in and out of my car all day long, and answering texts and calls. This is driving me insane.

Even after I 'removed' Google Play Music from my phone, it still played music! Installed a completely different music player -- same thing.

Who in their right mind decided my car and my phone would decide when I listen to music? If this doesn't stop, I'm going to have to remove all my music off my phone and just keep it on my Ipod Nano.

Problem solved.
Click on banner at bottom of the screen that shows the song title and that it is playing. After you open it up click the settings in the upper right hand corner. Then click on clear queue. This will clear everything out of the Google Play queue and will not autoplay when you get a new vehicle. If you have things in your queue it will autoplay when you get in your car just remember to clear your queue when you're done listening kind of a hassle but that works

If you're using PowerAmp jmatt those options ar under Settings > Audio > Audio Focus uncheck Pause in Call and Resume After Call.

Don't know how I missed this question. Sorry it took so long.
