How Do I Stop Wallpaper Zooming?

Hi guys, one thing that drives me crazy is when i set a wallpaper and it zooms in. Is there anyway i can stop that? ​

Is it zooming in or making you crop the picture? If the picture is larger than the screen resolution TW makes you crop the picture. I've never had it zoom on me.
