How do I take off the Kidoz account?

Help! I set up an Kidoz account on my Digital 2 by accident! I need to take it off and I don't remember the password. I tried sending the password to my gmail but I cant remember the password to that either. I need to find out how I can reset the tablet. Only problem is I can exit the Kidoz account without the account password. PLEASE HELP!
