How do I temporarily turn off phone

Boriqua

Odd question

I take my phone out for my exercise. I use Zeeg jog to track progress and I have earbuds in listening to music. When I am into my zone the phone will ring. In order to answer it I have to pull out the jack and remove one earbud in order to answer it. The wife will call 3 times an hour!

So is there a way or program that would allow me to turn off the "phone" for x amount of time. I don't want to receive any calls during my hour out.

System version
6.16.211.xt912
Thank you for any help
Alex

Use an automation program perhaps.

With Automateit you can use a "manual trigger" then set a profile to send calls to voicemail I assume.

If not, I bet the paid app Tasker can.

All you would have to do is basically create a profile that you can toggle on or off manually.

Just switch it to 'airplane mode'. No calls, wifi, BT, etc but you can still play music. Oh, and you can switch GPS back on so that your jog program will still work. Best bit is that 'airplane' mode is built in .....

OP, if you jog at the same time each day, you can use AutomateIt to schedule airplane mode for you, so you don't have to think about it
