Help How do I transfer data, files?

Help! I've tried going to settings and searching for other ways to transfer files than going through USB, is there a way to transfer files wirelessly? Bluetooth is not an option because my Ideos phone is set to receive files, not get from it.

I'm trying to get a music file from my Huawei u8150 Ideos phone.
