Help How do I transfer files from an extended sd card (Moto g4 plus) to a new sd card?

I have my sd card as extended memory from my phone, is there a way to copy all files to a new card? The PC wont recognize the card.

Please reply if you can help i tried to google it but i cant find a solution.

Connect your phone to the computer and transfer the files to the computer. Then from your computer to the new SD card.
