How do i turn my website into an android app?

I would like to turn my special needs auction site into an android app but have no idea how to do this.

I have asked on other site but just get stupid answers like if you have to ask then there is no point telling you.

These answers are not helpful.

If anyone could point me in the right direction or help i would be very grateful
