Zte warp for boost mobile. I can't turn on usb storage. All it does is charge when I plug into pc. The screan no longer prompts me to turn usb storage on or off. How do I fix this?

Have you tried using another usb cord to connect your ZTE Warp? Some cables charge only, some cables do data and charge. Sometimes the cables can become damaged so it won't function.
Please try that, if it doesn't work please repost your question.
