How do I un-password-protect my S4?

Hi! I'm new to your forums and new to my Galaxy S4 phone, so still have LOTS to learn... A friend suggested I password protect my phone, which I ended up doing, but am really tired of having to enter a pin every time I check it. How do I undo this feature? I've searched under 'Settings' but don't find anything that answers my question. Thanks, I appreciate any and all help.

Otherwise in the settings under lockscreen should be the ability to remove any passwords or any other security in place on your lockscreen
