sony xperia v. i want to use tracks or music to be my ringtone but i cant ,,ive been trying several times to do but im not winning

Does your device indeed have the capability to turn a song into a ringtone? I invite you to join your devices section here at Android Forums and learn the many functions of your device.
If you cannot get your device to set the ringtone, try one of the many apps on Google play that do just that. One of the apps I've used in the past is RingDroid. It will allow you to edit and add just about and ringtone or mp3 as a ringtone. There are also quite a few more apps that allow you to select a song as a ringtone.
