how do i use themes?

Silly question, i know, but i just haven't found a control panel for themes on my MyTouch yet. Where would i find such a feature after i download them from Market?

It really just depends on what kind of theme you are looking into doing. Are you looking to theme your home launcher? If so, which one are you using? If you are looking to theme the entire rom, look into Metamorph, or in some cases there are update.zips that you can flash in recovery if your phone is rooted. Let us know where you want to go from there so we can point you in the right direction. I don't wanna write out instructions for everything if you only want to do one thing. For now, i'm just wanting to activate a cube Live walpaper, the VR Tunnel but i don't see where it went when the download finished. I also will start looking for a theme that turns the windows all dark, but that will be a seperate discussion
