Clearing cache on apps can generally be done by going to the apps option in settings, selecting the app whose cache you want to clear, and then tapping the option to do so. To clear the cache partition, you want to boot into the stock recovery, scroll down using the volume keys to scroll down to the option, then using the power button to select and confirm. After that reboot the device.
