Help How do I wipe SCH-i535?

How do I completely wipe the Galaxy S III Verizon SCH-i535 to the state the phone was purchased and the phone came brand new out of the box? I did see a tutorial, but that leaves data on the phone which the way I'm looking to do would be reset the Flash Counter if needed which I haven't looked, and than wipe it where it just came out of the box being bought by Verizon Customer Service, or in the store. Would there be a tutorial for doing this? Thank you!

To wipe your personal data, Factory Reset.

Past that it depends on what you did to the phone. Uninstall all the apps you installed. If you rooted it, uninstall su and BusyBox. If you flashed a ROM, flash a stock ROM.

Check if the i535 supports Triangle Away to reset flash counter.
