How do we know if our device will be compatible with an app

Searched into app for Androidforums at the very beginning it states, may not be useful for your device. How do we know whether to install it then?

Anything you want to download from the play store will either install with no issues or not install....

Thank-you Dannydet for the info. I have downloaded a few apps, but I didn't notice that before so it seemed new to me.
Our eyes see what it wants to see at the time, I guess it was time.
Look forward in hearing from you in the future and hopefully you'll have some answers to my many questions. I started my thread under Acer Android One where I figured that's the place that I needed to.

Read the application information then you can find the compatibility. If the apk is for Android simply inquire on XDA developer.

I think Google play store wont show you an app or game if it is not compatible with your device.
