How do you do a secure swap??

I want to swap my Nexus with a Droid milestone with iWannaBeAdored

But we live 100's of miles away, so it will have to be done via post.

I know I'm good for it but I can't be sure about him! And I'm sure he feels the same way about me!!

So, are there any suggestions on how we can do this and feel confident we wont lose out?

What about courier? The Courier delivers one phone and collects the other at the same time? You could split the cost.

Hmm, seems thats very expensive. How far is the trade in distance?

What about doing it through eBay? You both pay through Paypal for each others phones. Your payments would "cancel" each other out.

I found a collection service on UPS (UK) which I think could be used.
