Help How do you enable writing access on 5.0?

I have Galaxy S4 Play edition, trying to enable writing access on Lollipop. The phone is not rooted. I wonder if its possible without rooting.

I tried moving some files from internal memory to SD card using ES3 Explorer. It asked me to enable the permission, but could not see SD card in the method that it suggested.
