I've had my phone about a month and am still struggling with it. I'm having the problem where you have to take the battery out to reboot it. But another annoying problem is that I'm having a miserable time ending calls.
It seems simple enough in principle - the manual shows the Hang Up icon, and you just press it to end the call, right? Except that when I make a call the screen always goes dark (presumably so that my cheek isn't pressing buttons while I talk), and I can't get the dratted phone screen to come back on. Nor does the manual say what to do.
Pressing the screen and buttons randomly seems to cause the screen to come on for brief fractions of a second, long enough to see the Hang Up button but not long enough to press it and have it register. I end up jabbing at any/all buttons in frustration, mostly hitting the power button which does seem to kill the call eventually. But that can't possibly be the right way to do it. So what terribly obvious thing am I missing? (I am NOT a phone type person, though I am a techie in other areas (cryptocurrency mining, etc.). But even I have to make calls sometimes...)
Thanks for any info!
