How do you install CM10 Themes?

I found this theme and it looks really cool "cm10 elegant blue", but i dont know how to install it. My first guess was to search for theme option in the menu ( i have android version 2.3.7) and couldnt find anything. Sorry if someone has posted this question already but how do you install cm10 themes?

Well you'll need cyanogenmod 10 which is JB. You can not install a theme made for CM10 on a phone running Gingerbread 2.3.

Is there a guide in this forum that explains how to install that cyanogenmod 10? And does the type of phone matter? Because I have an LG Optimus Elite.
