How do you know what has changed in an app update?

On the iPhone, for app updates, there is a list of what has changed. I can't seem to find this for Android app updates. I'm assuming I'm missing something obvious, since I can't imagine why a list of updates wouldn't be included, so if anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

some devs list changes in the market, others do not.

some will instead/also list changes on their official website.

the market limits # of characters allowed in description and forces devs to "choose" what info is most important.

Nuts, that's too bad there's no consistent system for that. So for the Pandora update, how do we know what's changed? I've looked on their website, on their blog, and in their press section, but there's no mention of a changelog, and there's nothing in their app description either. How do we know whether or not we should install the update?
