How do you like the camera?

Thinking about getting the S7 for the wife, she currently has the S6 and loves the camera. Looks like the camera is a bit lower quality on the S7 vs the S6. How is your experience with picture quality on this phone?

It's comparable to the S6, slightly better in low light, don't be fooled by the lower 12mega pixels versus the 16MP sensor found in the S6. The S7 has dual pixels and larger sensor than the S6.

I hate it. On my moto x I could touch anywhere to take a picture. Now I have to touch the white dot.

The quick autofocus is fantastic. It achieves 12MP with a 4:3 picture vs. the 16MP with a 16:9 picture on the GS6. You'll notice the slight difference in resolution in you zoom in dramatically, so other than that - it's not that noticeable. The low light picture taking is also great - I'm actually a little amazed at how much light the sensors pick up from a low light source - more than eyesight oftentimes. Overall, it's a better camera than the one on my GS6 edge. The autofocus and low light is no joke.

It's amazing, I've never seen a camera take so many clear pictures in burst mode, brilliant for fast moving stuff including kids, lol
