How do you sort apps or youtube clips by ratings

I'm assuming there has to be a way but I can't figure it out. How do you sort apps or youtube videos by things like ratings, # of downloads, date, ect. All it seems to do is list them in any sort of order. I like to sort apps and videos by ratings to weed out some of the crap. Please help
