How do you Sync Google Contacts with Facebook, if...

I see it does it automatically for some people. I think if their name matches exactly or possible their email in Google Contacts is the same as Facebook.

But how do I sync them if I changed their display name or have no email for them?

For example:
John Smith - automatically links to John Smith (facebook)
But,
Johnny S - links to nothing.

Sometimes it has to be the entire name. if you want to do it manually, you can go to their contact, edit the contact, and hit menu > join, and find their name on fbook. sometimes i find myself having to do it manually every now and then if i log out of facebook or something.

if that doesnt work, go to their facebook page and then click on that contact button on the side of their profile name, and then you can join it that way too
