How does Orange charge for data on Dolphin PAYG

With the San Francisco and a Dolphin PAYG sim card how does charging for data work?

There seems to be 100MB per month cap but is there a daily cap?

How is data charged? If I use say 10MB per day over say 10 days per month; not consecutive days. I assume there is no charge as this is within my allowance.

However what if I go over the 100MB per month or over the daily cap, if that exists?

I cannot see this detailed on the Orange site.
