how i can upgrate my htc tattoo from 1.6 to 2.1

i have a htc tattoo but i dont know how i can upgrate it from 1.6 to 2.1 or 2??

At the moment you are stuck with 1.6 for the Tattoo, there are suggestions that at some point we might get an upgrade to 2.0 or beyond but they have not been confirmed by HTC im afraid.
