I know you're from Cuba, but what about your Samsung phone, where did that originally come from? Because AFAIK Samsung doesn't officially sell phones in Cuba due to sanctions, so it was possibly grey imported from somewhere else? Like China possibly? I'm thinking it's incompatible with 3G carrier networks in Cuba. We need to know the exact variant model number of your J3, so can help you more.
