How is the future looking?

I got the Incredible last year right around the time it came out. It's an awesome phone and I've been very happy with it. I saw the Incredible 2 commercial last night and wanted to upgrade my line, but I decided that I will hold out a little longer.

So now the question. How is the future looking for Verizon?

What phones are going to be coming out that are worth upgrading to from the Incredible?

My main question is regarding Verizon's tiered data packages that are coming in July. I currently have the unlimited data plan on my Incredible. From what I understand, I will be grandfathered in and still have the unlimited data.

What about 4g when I decided to upgrade to an LTE device eventually? Will that be it's own separate data package? Will I have to purchase a 4g phone before July 7th in order to be grandfathered into unlimited 4g? Or since I currently unlimited data right now, I won't have to worry about it when I upgrade to an LTE device?

right now 3g/4g is the same data... so for now your unlimited data plan will be grandfathered in and you'll be fine if you upgrade to a 4g phone. obviously things can change but that's how it's understood to work right now.

Phone-wise, the two biggest phones to come are the Galaxy S II, which is rumored to come by the end of summer, and the Droid Bionic, which is also coming sometime in the summer. Both are suppose to be dual-core superphones.
