How long do employee accounts have to wait...

until new phones like the Droid RAZR and Galaxy Nexus are available to them?

I have been patiently waiting to replace my Droid Incredible and just heard that the RAZR will not be available on employee accounts when it is released. I assume the same will be true for the Galaxy Nexus and any other high end phone.

I am not an employee but am married to one. Does anyone know the typical waiting period?
