How many alarms?

I'm seriously considering getting an Ace very soon. With my present phone, I can set three different alarms which will go off daily at preset time. Just wondered how many the Ace has.
Also, in the calendar, is there a way to search and find items using just a keyword? For instance if on the 16th June I had an entry which had the words "samsung galaxy" somewhere in the entry, would I be able to find that entry by searching for these words?

I've only had the ace about a week so could be wrong . . .
There doesn't seem to be any limit I've found on the number of daily alarms you can set, although I'm sure there's a practical upper limit, it's not bothered me. I usually have 6 or more alarms set . . .
I don't think the actual calendar app has a search function, you can use a google search widget to search your music, memos, etc . . . But not the calendar, which is a shame. . .
