How many months left in your contract? You should ask customer service to find out if you have recieved your hardware credits. Otherwise, you could downgrade your plan to $20/mo minimum and get a new plan with Bell.

I was only 7 months into my 3-year plan when I switched to an HTC Desire Z. Since I was only part way, I received no discount on the phone and had to pay the $20 activation fee. If you are further into your plan, you may be able to get a discount on your phone. You will have to contact a Bell rep to find out the exact cost for you.
