Help How much gigabytes does a 15 minute video take?

I was wondering how much memory space It takes to record a 15 minute video thru AZ Screen Recorder. My video settings/configurations is down below for reference and also what video settings can you recommend me with good watchable quality without taking too much much space in my phone. Thanks!
