Its just a simple forum website, but a mobile app would be nice!

Unfortunately I do not have the time (with the development of Clockwork Rune well underway) to undertake such a task... You will likely have to pay a hefty sum tho as a forum app is pretty cumbersome... especially since the creator will also need to be knowledgeable in PHP to create the server-side script.
