How recover my Telegram if my iPhone was broken?

Hi there!

I need recover my Telegram account because My iPhone was broken, I only have the CHIP!
I inserted the Chip in my Samsung Smartphone, when I try access my Telegram, says sended code to my other dispositive (my iPhone broken). And says to wait 60 minutes to send a Code SMS, i wait that annoying time and i get a error message in screen my Android!

Please, how can I recover my Telegram account through my Adroid?

Don't understand your operation. I have tried to retrieve data using RecoveryTool Android Data Recovery. Hope the information I provided is useful to you.

You clearly don't understand the question. How is some dodgy "android recovery tool" going to help with a broken iPhone?
