how remove the mobile data throttle SM-N9005

No i have do this with my iPhone 5s and my3g
But ios Version is lost after damn tweak

I had a ping from 20 when i had use it on PC via phone Hotspot and no throttle and i was already throttled by provider

I know that it 100% works , im looking currently in eBay for a right one , but when it in iPhone works then should be Android too
