how to accsesgalaxy rushot when n respondings data on to touch..

my galaxy rush powers on boots can even see that its updating from the little indicator up top, but the screen lock is on and i cannot get the phone to respond when attempting to unlock... ive replaced the samsung with a kyocera echo.. but i want all my contacts and photos from the samsung...is there a way around this?

When you had the Galaxy, did you sync your contacts to a Google Contacts account? If so, as soon as you sign in with your same Google account on your Kyocera, they should automatically sync.

As for the photos, plug your Samsung in via USB to your computer and search for a DCIM folder. Copy everything in there to your computer, and repeat to copy to your Kyocera.
