Help How to add folder with shortcuts on my home screen?

I could not find a folder widget on my new Galaxy III
I am not sure if it is a standard widget as before I had a phone with HTC Sence that has it.
Popular widgets on the Market (like SiMi folder) does not support drag-and-drop which make them unusable.

Did I miss something ??? How to add folder with shortcuts on my home screen on Samsung?

Long press on app icon and shoving it over a other icon should create an folder on the home screen.

So I do it on my HTC with ICS

If you long press, then select add to homescreen you should see an option for folder, you can then drag and drop apps onto it
