Help How to add gestures to the Google Launcher?

Hello. I've been using Solo Launcher for a while. It's a great launcher, it offers gestures for free whereas the most popular launchers offer it with a paid version. But, I just want to know how it feels to use the default Google launcher.

What I mean by gestures is this; swipe down from anywhere in the launcher and notification bar opens. Double tap anywhere on the launcher and the screen turns off. I tried to search gestures on Play Store but it didn't give me any app that does this.

Is there an app that you know will provide this feature? I just want simple gestures like swipe up-down, double tap etc. It doesn't have to be drawing shapes, "turn with 2 fingers" or anything complicated like that.

Nova launcher prime. Not sure if the free version offers it.

No no I'm not talking about using a different launcher. Solo launcher provides the features that Nova does in premium for free. I want an app that can add gestures to every launcher. Or more specifically, Google Launcher.

That may be daunting, as usually that is built-in to the launcher. You know you can import your Google launcher exactly into Nova launcher too? Nothing changes visually

Hmm how do I do that exactly? Can I do that with solo launcher too?

Not sure on solo launcher but yeah, you can recreate nearly every aspect of Google launcher on Nova, even the frosted dock and swipe the dock up to access the drawer.
