Help How to add GMT-12 to Android Oreo?

Hey,

I need to add the GMT-12 time zone to my OnePlus 3T - the time zone selector only goes back as far as GMT-11 on Android. Is there any way to add this time zone to my device?

My phone won't do GMT-12 either, try GMT+12 and subtract a day instead? Are you in the middle of the Pacific Ocean or something?

Unfortunately I need the phone to physically think it's in GMT-12. I believe the issue is Android using 2017b calendar rather than 2017c and the only way I can seem to update it is through an app that requires a root.

I guess there's not too many users going to be complaining to Google about Android not having GMT-12 or UTC-12.
