Help How to adjust wallpaper size on Android 4.2?

When I set my wallpaper on my phone (Huawei G610) this big box pops out which prompts me to select which part of my photo I want. Example, I want to use this picture of model and host Arianny Celeste as my wallpaper but the big outer box wont allow me to do so without cutting off her right elbow. Obviously there is still a of space on her right but this big border box just eats it all up so I can't move the selection all the way to the (her) right. It happens to all of my pictures on this phone. My other phones, like Samsung Galaxy S III, only has one box which provides more space which to my wallpaper selection. Is there anyway I can get around or remove this without the use of third party apps? Thanks.

Setting a wallpaper on Samsung Galaxy S3

I've seen that with some launchers, but they gave me the option of changing the crop format: that one they called "full", but selecting "portrait" using an obscure little icon at the bottom fixed it.

So if Huawei's software doesn't offer that I guess you could switch to a different launcher - I know Nova does let you select the regular rectangle if you use it to set wallpaper rather than the system settings.
