Apps How to apply themes on android stock launcher??

Probably not without using an app that can provide you themes.
Nova Launcher has a very nice selection of themes, you should look into that.
* Nova Launcher - Android Apps on Google Play
* Nova HomeSmack - Choose Launcher by Nova this app allows you to flip back and forth betweeen stock and Nova Launcher until you get comfortable.
When setting up Nova, be sure you use the "Import Home Screens" option. That way you won't have to rebuild any of your homescreens.

The term "stock launcher" is ambiguous. There are many flavors of launchers that are delivered with different phone models and each would be referred to as a "stock launcher".
What are you retrying to accomplish? You posted this in the forum that is dedicated to development questions? What are you trying to build?
